P Cowell & Sons was formed in 1962 as a company who specialised in the supply and repair of oil cooled welding transformers supplying mainly the agricultural market. As time progressed and welding technology changed P Cowell & Sons kept abreast of developments and moved into the sale and repair of MIG, TIG and engine driven welders/generators.
In the early 1990s Anthony Cowell bought his fathers business and the companies direction was changed to focus on engine driven and tractor driven generators. The company is still based in the village of Grimsargh and trades from what was formerly the family farm.
